Common questions

Answers to the questions I get asked most, about working with me and about digital marketing.

What is Adcoacher and how can you help my company?

Adcoacher is me, Niklas Jedbring, a marketing consultant based in Stockholm. I help companies take charge of their own digital marketing: we set up the advertising together and I teach you to run it in-house, so you're not paying expensive consultants every month. I work mainly with Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic advertising.

How is Adcoacher different from a traditional marketing agency?

An agency usually runs your campaigns for a monthly fee, so you pay twice: once for the media and again for someone to press the button. I give you full control and visibility instead. The accounts are set up in your name, you learn to manage the campaigns yourself, and you can adjust your marketing as fast as your business needs.

Which advertising platforms do you work with?

All the major ones: Google Ads (search, YouTube, Gmail, display banners and Maps), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Threads), LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads and programmatic display. I also help with digital out-of-home, streaming and email marketing.

How long does it take to get started?

It depends on what you need, but you can usually book a first call within a week. From there we build the campaigns step by step while I show you how everything works, so by the end you have campaigns that work and the know-how to run them.

What does it cost?

Each service is a one-off fee for setup and coaching, with no monthly retainer. Google Ads is €710, for example, Meta Ads €850 and LinkedIn Ads €890. Combine channels and you get a package discount: 10% for two, 15% for three and 25% for four or more. Ad spend isn't included: you pay that directly to Google, Meta or LinkedIn and set the budget yourself. The pricing calculator shows the total for your combination.

Do we have to meet in person?

No. Almost everything happens over video with screen sharing, working directly in your own accounts, so it hardly matters where in Europe you are. My office is at Gamla Brogatan 32 in central Stockholm (CET), and if you're nearby you're welcome to drop by for the first meeting.

Which currency do you invoice in?

I invoice in euros, and the prices on this site are the one-off fees you'll be invoiced for. Your ad spend isn't part of my invoice: Google, Meta or LinkedIn charge it directly to the payment method in your own ad account.

Do you work in English?

Yes. Meetings, documentation and ad copy can all be in English, which is how I work with companies outside Sweden. I studied English at Södertörn University as part of my bachelor's degree, and I'm a native Swedish speaker too.

How does Google Ads coaching work?

We set up and improve your advertising across Google's platforms: search results, YouTube, Gmail and Google Maps. I show you how to reach the right audience at the right moment, with a focus on direct sales as well as brand building, and how to keep improving the account once I've handed it over.

What's included in the Meta Ads service?

Advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Threads. We build campaigns that combine paid and organic activity, reach the right audience and make the most of your budget, and I teach you to run and adjust them yourself.

How can LinkedIn Ads help my company?

LinkedIn is the strongest channel for B2B marketing and recruitment, because you can target by role, industry and company size. I help you use formats such as Sponsored Content, Message Ads, Conversation Ads and Lead Gen Forms to reach professional decision-makers and start the right business conversations.

What is programmatic display and how does it work?

Programmatic display is an automated way of buying and placing digital ads across thousands of websites and apps. I help you create and optimise banner ads, HTML5 creatives and dynamic product ads that appear on relevant sites at the right time.

How does digital out-of-home (DOOH) work?

Digital out-of-home lets you reach your audience on digital screens in city centres, stations, shops and other public places. Many screens can now be bought programmatically, and on smaller budgets than most people expect. I help you plan the media buy and create content that stands out and builds awareness.

What are streaming ads, and how can they help my business?

Streaming ads run on streaming TV, apps, podcasts and music services. They're an effective way to reach your audience where they already spend their time, with the focus on quality over quantity.

Do you help with ad production?

Yes. I produce ads for every channel I work with, either by adapting material you already have or by creating it from scratch, bringing in a network of specialists when a job calls for it. Everything is made to each platform's specifications, from idea to finished ad.

What does your process for setting up campaigns look like?

The process has five steps:

  1. An initial analysis of your business and goals
  2. Strategic planning with clear KPIs
  3. Technical setup, where I teach you the systems as we go
  4. Testing and optimisation
  5. Launch preparation with documentation

Throughout, you see everything I do and learn how to manage the campaigns yourself afterwards.

What technical skills do we need to manage the campaigns?

Basic computer skills are enough to get started. I adapt the coaching to your level and take you through the platforms step by step, from the basics to the more advanced settings. Every technical step is documented, so you always have something to refer back to.

How do you make sure the campaigns are set up properly?

I check quality at several levels:

  1. A technical review of every campaign setting
  2. A/B testing of creatives
  3. Data-driven performance optimisation
  4. A review of audience targeting
  5. Verification of tracking code and conversion goals

Every campaign goes through a final checklist before launch.

  4. Automated reports with the KPIs that matter
  5. Attribution that gives a fair picture of return on spend
  6. Training in how to read the data and act on it

You can see exactly how your campaigns are performing.

What makes your onboarding different?

The onboarding is designed so you can manage on your own:

  1. Detailed documentation of every technical setup
  2. Step-by-step training in each platform
  3. Practical exercises so the knowledge sticks
  4. Clear routines for optimising campaigns
  5. Support throughout the process
  6. A handover of finished, optimised campaigns

The goal is for you to feel confident running the campaigns yourselves.

Can you advertise in several European countries at once?

Yes. Google, Meta and LinkedIn all let you target several countries from one account, and I set up the structure so each country and language can be tracked and adjusted separately. I write ad copy in English and Swedish; for other languages, a native speaker on your side should check the final text.
