Paying twice for your marketing?

Once for the ad space itself, and again for someone to press the button?

Adcoacher teaches you to run your own marketing, so you're no longer paying someone else to press it for you. That saves you tens of thousands of euros in consulting fees, money you can put into the ads instead.

The budget is rarely the problem.

Companies with a documented strategy and proper tracking consistently get better results. That's true across industries, not just in e-commerce.

Marketing is funwhen you know how

Adcoacher is not an agency. That's the whole point.

I'm Niklas Jedbring, a marketing consultant based in Stockholm. For years I worked in agencies and for them, on campaigns for household names and for companies you've probably never heard of. I learned what makes marketing take off, and just as much about why so much of it quietly doesn't.

Along the way, one thing kept bothering me. Small and mid-sized companies were paying an agency every month to run the one thing they can least afford to hand over: how they talk to their market, how new customers find them, what their brand stands for. The longer that goes on, the harder it is to take back.

So I built something different. Today's tools are good enough that you can do excellent work yourselves, as long as someone sets you up properly and gives you a second pair of eyes on the early decisions. That's my job. The results hold their own against any expensive agency, often beat it, and cost a fraction as much. And you keep the accounts, the know-how and the control.

You don't need a whole agency. You need someone who's been inside one, on your side.

Brands I'm working with right now, across very different industries. E-commerce, B2B or a niche audience: together we'll find what works for you.

Get found where your customers are

Your customers switch between channels all day. They scroll LinkedIn in the morning, google things at lunch and read the news in the evening. Each channel catches them in a different moment, and together they build the kind of presence that makes them choose you.

The same principles, whatever the channel

  • Transparency

You see where every euro goes and what it earns, in every channel.

  • Know-how

You understand why a channel works, so you can take over whenever you want.

  • Results

Your budget goes where it does the most good, not where it's most convenient.

Here's where your ads actually show up: in LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram feeds, in stories and reels, in Google and Bing search results, and on major news sites.
